Strategic Leadership Profile
Adapting strategy to changing business requirements is unavoidable if you want to remain competitive and grow. A new strategy implies doing something differently, but often points to different leadership requirements as well. The focus of the Strategic Leadership Profile is on the identification of Leadership qualities required by the new strategy, and determining the readiness of your management to lead the organization towards its strategic objectives.
